Welcome to ICCNSE 2026
The 2026 2nd International Conference on Communication Networks and Smart Systems Engineering (ICCNSE 2026) will be held in Hangzhou, China, from June 26 to 28, 2026. The conference is co-hosted by Zhejiang University of Technology and Changchun University of Science and Technology. As a continuation of the ICCNSE conference series, ICCNSE 2026 maintains the academic objectives established in the first edition. Leveraging the research strengths and interdisciplinary expertise of the host institutions in communication networks and smart systems engineering, the conference serves as an international forum for the presentation and discussion of recent advances in related technical fields.
ICCNSE 2026 focuses on the convergence of next-generation communication networks and intelligent systems, encompassing topics such as advanced communication technologies and network architectures, IoT and edge intelligence, AI-enabled systems, digital twin technologies, and network security and data assurance. The conference will feature keynote addresses, technical sessions, and poster presentations to facilitate the exchange of research findings, the discussion of emerging challenges, and the promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration. The organizing committee cordially welcomes participants to Hangzhou for scholarly exchange in a supportive academic environment.

Submission
All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by 2-3 experts from the committee members. Accepted papers, following proper registration and presentation, will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus.
